英文読トレーニング 引き寄せの法則実践

私がちょこちょこ口にしている、引き寄せの法則について、ちょっと英語で書きたいと思います❗
自分がしたことなので、参考になるかは全く分かりません。スミマセン。

かりにくい単語のみ()で意味記載しています。

シンプルな英文なので、辞書なしで読むことで英文をよむ練習にもなり、
かつ引き寄せの法則も知ることができるのでぜひお試しください♪

I will make it possible, because I can do it.

I learned about “Law of Attraction”(引き寄せの法則) a few months ago.
Before that, I’d already heard that kind of thing, but I did not understand it well.

I was hoping that it could be true.

It is true.

A few months ago, I somehow googled the law of attraction, and bought some books about it.

Then I created a notebook to depict(思い描く) what I really want to make it come true, especially my love life.

To make it easier for me to imagine clearly, because that’s very important, I created some visual aids(イメージできるもの) for myself.

I collected pictures of cars I want, the image of lovely couple I want to be, jobs I want to get, places I want to go, etc.

I created the notebook and looked at it, that made me feel happy.

At that time, honestly I didn’t completely believe that I can drag(引き寄せる) these ideal things.

For a few days, I looked at it and added some more pictures.

Then, I stopped looking at my secret notebook.

This is one of the most important things to make it happen(実現する).

According to the blogger I found online, it is important to let your dream go once
after you clearly imagine what you want..

It is important to believe that it is possible, but you can’t be always thinking about it, because that fact, thinking about what you want all the time drags the situation that you always want it.

Not the fact you make it happen.

All I tried to keep was to keep myself happy as much as I can.

I didn’t usually treat myself well when I was alone, but I changed it.

Sometimes I gave myself some treats (ごほうび)for what I’d done so far, makes myself feel that I’m precious.

Keeping yourself happy is so important to drag emotions that you feel when you make ideal things happen.

When I feel nervous(不安になる) about something, I talk to myself like
“Everything is going to be great. Everything is going great.Thank you thank you thank you”.

Then I try my best to imagine myself in a perfect situation I want to face.

Speaking of this method(方法), I practiced this method yesterday.

A few days ago, I found that my neck was injured(痛めている). It hurted me a lot, I couldn’t even roll over during sleep.

I already had a plan on Monday, and I didn’t want to cancel it, but while I was working yesterday, I felt so sick and my neck was so sore.
I talked to myself like above, and imagine the situation that I talk to my friend that I had so much fun at karaoke today.

I felt sick till I got to the station, but then I could forget about what I was suffering from.
I enjoyed karaoke without a lot of pain, it was awesome.

最近不安になったら、まずは大丈夫だと言い聞かせ、そこから、大丈夫だったイメージをするようにしています😍すごく効果的ですよ✨
