2. Eligibility

By purchasing our Services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your country or region.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Payment must be completed at checkout unless otherwise stated. Access to the Service is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed on the relevant sales page or checkout page. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Delivery of Services

After payment is completed, we will provide onboarding details, access instructions, or course start information within the timeframe stated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or follow-up communication. In general, onboarding or access will be provided within 7 days unless otherwise stated.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Customers may cancel and request a refund before the first lesson, onboarding message, or course materials have been delivered. Once the first lesson, onboarding message, or any course materials have been sent, the Service becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable due to the nature of digital content and personalized coaching.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for preparing the device, internet access, and applications necessary to use the Service, including WhatsApp if required for the program. You are also responsible for ensuring that your contact information is accurate so that we can deliver the Service properly.

8. Communication

Our Services may be delivered through WhatsApp, email, video calls, downloadable materials, or other tools described on the relevant page. You agree to receive communications necessary for service delivery through these channels.

9. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, videos, worksheets, PDFs, audio files, written feedback, and other content provided through the Service are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use them for your personal learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, share, or commercially use any part of the materials without prior written permission.

10. Testimonials and Feedback

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, interview response, or other feedback, you grant us permission to use it for service improvement and, where separately agreed, for promotional purposes. If promotional use requires separate consent, we will request it clearly.
